Since Polly’s Paladar is a PRIVATE SUPPER CLUB, we must have a solid foundation on what it takes to become a member.

Membership rules and regulations:

1.  Whether the club applies meaningful criteria to the admission of members.

We feel that having you fill out a form and understanding that each event is a private, for members only, event, is plenty meaningful.

2.  Whether a membership fee is charged.

Is a one time fee of $1.00 a fair price?  We think so.

3.  The extent to which the facilities are open to the public.

The facilities are absolutely not open to the general public. Ever.

Only on Paladar nights and only for members, will the doors be open.
